June Recital

All Recital information is posted HERE (link coming soon...)

All dancers (except our pre-ballet (ages 4-6) and gemstone ballet classes) perform in our June recital.

General Timeline:

Early December: We will measure dancers for their costumes!

January 1: Costume payments are paid automatically with February tuition ($85 for each class costume)

Late January: Choregraphy for most classes begins and teachers measure dancers in class for the recital costume!

March: Working hard toward our performance

April: Costumes start arriving! #bestdayever

May: Costumes are sent home in your very own personalized garment bag

May 11-16: VIP Family Week - we will discuss all recital information in class
May 18-23: SHIMMER in-studio Dress Rehearsal Week
May 30: Dress rehearsal at Robert E. Parilla (SHINE classes only)

May 31- June 2: Recital Performances at Robert E. Parilla (Save all weekend until shows are announced)

June 8-9: Costume pictures at DDC

June 17-22: Level up week (last week of 2023-2024 classes)

Spring Ballet

All gemstone ballet classes (ages 7+) and our pre-ballet class (ages 4-6) automatically participate in our spring ballet. If your child is interested in auditioning for a special role, please RSVP here. All children ages 4+ are invited to join us for our spring ballet.

General Timeline:
October 1: Choregraphy for ballet classes begins and teachers measure dancers in class for the ballet costume!
November 1: Costume payments are paid automatically with November tuition ($85 for each class costume)
December 9: Special role spring ballet auditions - RSVP coming soon!
January: Saturday rehearsals for special roles begin
February: Costumes start arriving! #bestdayever
March: Costumes are sent home in your very own personalized garment bag
April 5: Dress rehearsal at The Cultural Arts Center
April 6: We take the stage at The Cultural Arts Center
